CQC / HIS/ HIW Registration
Any person (individual, partnership or organisation) who provides regulated activity in England must be registered with CQC otherwise they commit an offence. CQC are an independent regulator of health and adult social care in England.
By law, services have to register with CQC if you offer:
Cosmetic surgery that involve instruments or equipment being inserted into the body – this includes breast surgery, facelifts, buttock or thigh lifts, eyelid or brow surgery, nose surgery, tummy tucks or any procedure where an implant is used.
Liposuction – this includes Laser lipolysis (such as Smart Lipo)
Refractive eye surgery or lens implant surgery
All types of thread lifting – for example, polydioxanone (PDO) and poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) thread lifting
Our expert team of contributors draw on their experience in the CQC to simplify the registration process. With ample knowledge in the Cosmetic and Laser Industry, we will guide you and help you with your CQC registration if you carry out one of the regulated activities.
We will help you prepare your registration documentation, identify any elements of your application that requires improvements or changes and reduce the stress of applying to the CQC.
We will also ensure your documentation is up to date, is accurate and will help prepare you/your staff when providing evidence during CQC inspections.
